NEGLIGENT SECURITY ON TRIAL
Bradley & Gmelich participated in this mock wrongful-death trial, conducted by experienced attorneys, revealing what happens when the hiring, training, and retention policies and practices of a private security company are put on trial and viewed by a jury. Attendees saw how typical policies and practices are deconstructed to reveal weaknesses. Included real-life examples of how policies are used in the courtroom and how they are supported and attacked by lawyers and expert witnesses.
