Upon graduation, Mr. Crook honed his practice in the courtroom, successfully trying numerous jury and bench trials. He currently draws upon a variety of experience in civil liability litigation, including complex litigation, business and commercial disputes, construction defect, medical malpractice, and products liability matters.
Mr. Crook has extensive legal writing and appellate experience and his published appellate cases include Filipino Yellow Pages, Inc. v. Asian Journal Publs., Inc., 198 F.3d 1143 (9th Cir. 1999), Sarbaz v. Feldman, 227 B.R. 298 (1998), Cabral v. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, 66 Cal. App. 4th 907 (1998), and Seo v. All-Makes Overhead Doors, 97 Cal. App. 4th 1193 (2002).
