Kimberly A. Oughton graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, (B.A., 1991) and the University of Southern California Law School (J.D., 1995), where she was the recipient of the Legion Lex Scholarship.

Ms. Oughton focuses her practice primarily in the area of general business and commercial litigation.  Ms. Oughton has handled cases involving a range of business issues including professional liability, bankruptcy proceedings, trade secret issues, insurance defense, collections and appellate matters.

Ms. Oughton also enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, sailing, and spending time with her dog, Nigel, and her three nieces.
