Jaimee K. Wellerstein earned a Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University in 1996. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2000 and was selected for publication while a staff member of The Loyola Law School International and Comparative Law Review.

Ms. Wellerstein has worked with a wide range of clients throughout her career that vary from Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, small businesses, and individuals.  Ms. Wellerstein specializes in general tort litigation, commercial contract disputes, personal injury cases, labor and employment issues, class actions, and bankruptcy cases.

 Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wellerstein was a legal intern at Break the Cycle and developed materials for the legal education program, "Ending Violence:  A Curriculum for Educating Teens on Domestic Violence and Law," which she co-taught in high schools and juvenile halls throughout Los Angeles County.  Ms. Wellerstein also served as an Extern/Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office where she conducted hundreds of preliminary hearings.

Ms. Wellerstein is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California.

 In her spare time, Ms. Wellerstein enjoys playing tennis, reading, drawing, taking her dogs to the dog park, and spending time with her family.
