Arnold S. Levine graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and received his Ph.D. in European History from the University of Wisconsin (summa cum laude).  Mr. Levine earned his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law (J.D., 1999). 

 

Prior to his work as an attorney, Mr. Levine was a principal with ASL Associates, Consultants and Management Analysts in Gaithersburg, Maryland.  While at ASL, he undertook numerous consulting assignments for NASA and other governmental agencies in the areas of national security and information management.

 

Subsequently, Mr. Levine was a senior analyst at the RAND Corporation, where he participated in projects sponsored by the U.S. Air Force on the applicability of best commercial practice to military logistics.

 

Prior to joining Bradley and Gmelich, Mr. Levine maintained his own legal practice, focusing on civil litigation, employment discrimination and harassment cases.  Subsequently, Mr. Levine was an attorney at a Los Angeles law firm, where he handled all aspects of civil litigation, including successfully trying an elder abuse case resulting in a $1.25 million jury award with special and punitive damages.

 

Mr. Levine is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the L.A. West American Inns of Court.  He enjoys music, traveling and writing.
