Robert Asa Crook graduated magna cum laude from UCLA (B.A., 1987) and obtained his juris doctorate at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1991).
While in law school, Mr. Crook was the Associate Articles Editor for COMM/ENT Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal, and an Extern Clerk for The Honorable Judge Cecil Poole of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Both positions provided him with an effective foundation in legal writing and analysis.
Upon graduation, Mr. Crook honed his practice in the courtroom, successfully trying numerous jury and bench trials. He currently draws upon a variety of experience in civil liability litigation, including complex litigation, business and commercial disputes, construction defect, medical malpractice, and products liability matters.
As part of his commitment to provide quality legal services to the community, Mr. Crook volunteers his time as an arbitrator and judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
