Lindy M. Fried received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara (1995).  She graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (J.D., 1999).

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fried was a judicial intern at the California Superior Court in San Diego.  In addition, she was a legal advisor for the San Diego Small Claims Advisory.

Ms. Fried has responsibility for cases defending various insurance carriers and corporate clients against property damages and physical injuries. Ms. Fried also has extensive experience in the field of Government Tort Liability. She conducts client interviews, prepares witnesses for trial, attends settlement conferences, conducts discovery, and prepares law and motion.  She recently draws upon a variety of experience in civil liability litigation, including premises liability, products liability and medical malpractice matters. Ms. Fried also handles all post judgment collection for the firm.

            Ms. Fried is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Southern California Defense Counsel. She is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. Now at Bradley & Gmelich, Ms. Fried practices in the areas of Government Tort Liability, Negligent Security, Premises Liability, Products Liability and Medical Malpractice.
